A special welcome to all of you who found this blog on the blogroll of the NY Times Migraine Blog!  It’s an honour to be included on the list, and I hope you will find tips and ideas here that will help you in your fight against migraine attacks and headaches.

The new NY Times blog promises to have some interesting posts.  Its authors are an eclectic bunch - author Siri Hustvedt, journalist and author Paula Kamen, the well-known neurologist Oliver Sacks, and singer/songwriter Jeff Tweedy (of Wilco).  Though only two posts so far, they’re fascinating ones - Down the Rabbit Hole With Chronic Daily Headache and Arms at Rest - a fascinating look at how we see ourselves as migraineurs.

I suspect the posts will generate a lot of controversy and discussion - so head on over and join in!
